Explanation:

slope intercept form is y=mx+b

b is the y intercept, m is the slope, and x is x.

for

1. it would be

y= -4/5x -9

2. You take the points and do (y2-y1) DIVIDED BY (x2-x1)

it would look like:

(5- -3) / (3-0) = (8/3)

Then plug in one of the sets of numbers for x and y, to get y intercept.

5=8/3(3)+b

b=-3

So.. slope intercept would be y=8/3x -3
