That's obvious that the median AD was depicted from A. Let the point of centroid be M. AM:MD is 2:1. So we should find the coordinates of D

xD= (xa*1+xd*2)/ (2+1)= ((-4)*1+2*2)/3=0

yd= (ya*1+yd*2)/ (2+1)= (2*1+ 5*2)/3=12/3=4
