Just a formal answer is good, but also it would be quite pleasing to me because it gives me control and also the ability to help others. I have always thought that it is nice and fun to be a leader of a group, however, you always have to be considerate to the people who are not leading or they will likely get annoyed and ask for someone else to be the leader.
