8 - 1 = 7
7 - 9 = -2
7 divided by -2 is -3.5
The slope is -3.5 now we need to find the y intercept.
To find the y intercept do -3.5 times 7 and you get -24.5.
Next do 8- -24.5 and you get 32.5 which is the y intercept.
The equation would be y = -3.5x + 32.5
