B, unit rate means the cost of one item so in option A it’s the cost for three bags not one item/bag, in option B it’s the cost of one jug so that would be your answer but we could check it with the rest. Option C is the cost per 10 pages not one so that choice is eliminated, choice D is per two dozen not one so that choice is also eliminated
