\boxed{\sf (a^m)/(a^n)=a^(m-n)}

\\ \rm\Rrightarrow (16x^4-24x^3+3)/(4x^2+3)

  • Take 4x^2+3 common out

\\ \rm\Rrightarrow 4x^2+3\left((4x^2-24x+1)/(1)\right)

\\ \rm\Rrightarrow (4x^2-24x+1)/(1)

\\ \rm\Rrightarrow 4x^2-24x+1

Answer:

4x² - 24x + 1

Explanation:

(16x^(4)-24x^(3)+3)/(4x^(2)+3)

~Factor out the denominator and apply quotient rule [ a^b / a^c = a^b-c ]

4x^(2)+3 (((16)/(4) x^(4-2)-24x^(3-2)+(3)/(3) )/(1))

(4x^(2)-24x+1)/(1)

~Divide everything by 1

4x^(2) -24x+1

Best of Luck!
