Kaitlin is choosing between two circular wall clocks. One has a radius of 5 inches while the other has a radius of 6 inches. How much more wall space will the clock with a radius of 6 inches cover?

Answer:

Explanation:

So if you're looking for the circumference, you would multiply the diameter x pi. To get the diameter, you multiply the radius by 2.

So for the first clock you would multiply 5x2 which is 10, then multiply that by pi.=31

The next on 6x2 which is 12 then multiply by pi.=37

so then once you get the answers for both subtract and thats your answer.
