Penn and Teller are having a verbal argument. Penn makes a fist and hits Teller in the nose. Teller brandishes a knife and attempts to stab Penn. Penn starts to walk away. When Teller sees that Penn is walking away, he puts the knife away. Penn then pulls out a gun and shoots Teller, who dies immediately. Did Penn commit any crime?

Answer:

Yes, Penn committed murder.

Step-by-step explanation:

Had Penn shot Teller when he had that knife in his hand, it would have been self-defense.

Hope that this helps!

Answer:

Um, hell yeah. What Penn did is homocide. Cold-blooded murder. That's a crime.
