Somebody please help me solve this question. If possible with the explanation as well. Calculate

Answer:

x < -√3/2, x > √3/2, or -√1/2 < x < √1/2

Explanation:

|1 - x^2| > 1/2

~Apply absolute value rule

​1 - x^2 < -1/2 or 1 - x^2 > 1/2

~Simplify

x < -√3/2, x > √3/2, or -√1/2 < x < √1/2
