Kate's employer will reimburse her $0.45 per

mile that she drives for work-related purposes.
She drove 21.4 miles for personal reasons
last week and the rest for work purposes.
How much will she be reimbursed?

189.4 (thanks for putting that in the comments) :) total miles.

(189.4 - 21.4)0.45 = amount she will be reimbursed.

168 x 0.45 = $75.60

Let me know if you have questions, or if I mis-typed the total mileage.
