A=3.142*5^2/2

A=3.142*25/2

A=78.55/2

A=39.275=39.27

to find the area of a circle the formula is A=π r².
since you have a semi circle you will need to do A= (1/2) π r²
so your formula is A= (1/2)(3.142)(5)
A=7.855 if you round it is 7.86
