Michael and his friends spend $26 at the cinema. They buy 3 movie tickets and a box of popcorn. The popcorn costs $5. What is the price of each movie ticket?

Price of 1 box of popcorn = 5

Total Money spent = 26

Total Money spent excluding the popcorn = 26 - 5 = 21

Tickets bought = 3

Therefore price of one ticket = 21/3 = 7
