Answer:

d=√(45), or
d=3√(5), or about 6.7

Explanation:

[] We can use the distance formula to solve.

->
d=\sqrt{(x_(2) -x_(1))^(2) +(y_(2) -y_(1))^(2 ) }

-> P(6, -3) will be point one

-> P(3, -9) will be point two

[] Plugging in and solving:

d=\sqrt{(x_(2) -x_(1))^(2) +(y_(2) -y_(1))^(2 ) }

d=\sqrt{(3 -6)^(2) +(-9--3)^(2 ) }

d=\sqrt{(3 -6)^(2) +(-9+3)^(2 ) }

d=\sqrt{(-3 )^(2) +(-6)^(2 ) }

d=√(9 +36 )

d=√(45)

d=3√(5)
