Plantar warts are warts located on the sole or plantar surface of your foot. Many people mistakenly call them planter's warts, and perhaps think they have something to do with working in the garden. The pressure of your weight makes them grow flat, under the skin, rather then heaped up, as they can on your fingers or other places.
