Three brothers enter a race with 8 friends. The racers draw lots to determine their

starting positions. What is the probability that the older brother, Mike, will start in lane 1, with
his other brothers, Stan and Steve beside him in lanes 2 and 3 in that order?

If there are 11 lanes then the probability that mike is in lane one is 1/11 and the probability that Stan and Steve will be behind him would be 1/121

So the probability would be 1/1331 or 0.075% chance
