Expressing cost of cards as a piecewose function :

Number of cards, x up to 200

For n ≤ 200 ; charge = $p * n

For each set of 100 after 200;

a > 200

Each set of 100 = $x

n = (a - 200) / 100

Cost = $p + $x * n
