What are the singular and plural nouns in this sentence? (The adjectives are confusing me.)

Raul= Singular noun
Gabriel’s = singular noun the apostrophe and s in the end is to show that the word after it belongs to Gabriel.
Drink= singular noun
Prefers= verb
Plain= adjective
But= pronoun
Orange juice= singular noun
