Simply both sides
Add to m to both sides
Add 2 to both sides
Divide by 6

Answer: m = 0

Explanation:

5/2 (2m-4/5) = -m-2

or, 5m-2 = -m-2

or, 5m+m = -2+2

or, 6m = 0

so, m = 0
