What is the slope of the line that passes the points (3, 1) and (2, 4).

Answer:

(x1, y1) = (3, 1)

(x2, y2) = (2,4)

the slope is

m= y2−y1/x2−x1 = 4-1/2-3 = 3/-1 = -3
