Answer: packet of sausage = 3, packet of roll = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

I do guess and check.

12(1) + 9(1) = 12 + 9
12(2) + 9(2) = 24 + 18
12(3) + 9(3) = 36 + 27
12(3) + 9(4) = 36 + 36
