Let one angle be x

  • Other angle=4x

Both are linear pair hence their sum will be 180

\\ \sf \longmapsto x+4x=180

\\ \sf \longmapsto 5x=180

\\ \sf \longmapsto x=(180)/(5)

\\ \sf \longmapsto x=30

\\ \sf \longmapsto 5x=5(30)=150

Answer:

let the angle be x then other angle is 4x

so,

x + 4x = 180

5x = 180

x = 36

so other angle I.e 4x = 4 × 36 = 144
