Explanation:

Basically, start off by simplifying each pair of numbers.

The first one:
2^(2) x 5 = 4 x 5 = 20

The second one:
11^(1)= 11

The third:
8^(2)-60 = 64 - 60 = 4

Now from least to greatest, so that would be 4, 11, 20 or in this case it would then be
8^(2)-60,
11^(1),
2^(2) x 5
