YES , I HAVE ACTUALLY...

WHEN I HAVE A COLD I DRINK HOT WATER AND MEDICINES AND TABLETS.

YES I THINK TAKING EXERCISE IS BETTER WHEN WE ARE SICK

I LIVE IN THANKOT BUT IT'S HARD TO HAVE APPOINTMENT WITH DOCTOR DURING LOCKDOWN..

I IMMEDIATELY MEET WITH DOCTOR CAUSE IT CAN CAUSES REALLY PAINLESS..

Personal trainer and exercise physiotherapist Geralyn Coopersmith, senior manager of the Equinox Fitness Training Institute in New York, has this to add: "The general rule is that if it is just a little sniffle and you take some medications and don't feel so sick, it's OK to work out. But if you have any bronchial tightness, it's not advisable to be working out."

ABOVE FOR MORE DEFINITIONS.

HOPE IT'S HELPFUL FOR U MATE..

Answer:

1. Yes I have felt sick after eating Mexican food from El Torito. I had an upset stomach and experienced barfing.

2. When I have a cold, I stay in bed and rest and make sure to eat warm soup or Ramen to make me feel better.

3. Yes taking exercise is good for me because it will help me stay fit and healthy as well as keeping me at a good BMI.

4. It is partially easy as I have a doctor's office and ER at least 20 min away and I can easily book an appointment as the doctor is a family friend.

5. I wait a few days as a slight temperature can mean being sick or it could just be you overheating.
