Let's solve for y for both equations.


2x-3y=10\\-3y=10-2x\\y=(2)/(3)x-(10)/(3)


-4x+6y=-20\\6y=4x-20\\y=(4)/(6) x-(20)/(6)

By reducing fractions we get:


y=(2)/(3)x- (10)/(3)

These two equations are EXACTLY the same.

Therefore, this system has an infinite number amount of solutions.

Using desmos graphing calculator, you can't see both lines because they're exactly the same line.
