2x-3y=10\\-3y=10-2x\\y=(2)/(3)x-(10)/(3)


-4x+6y=-20\\6y=4x-20\\y=(4)/(6) x-(20)/(6)

By reducing fractions we get:

These two equations are EXACTLY the same.
