  • Drink lots of water
  • Try to work out at least 30 min a day and it doesn't have to be too intense but as long as your moving and getting that heart rate up, your good.
  • Try to limit the amount of sugar you put in your body, and don't get me wrong after a good week you can for sure treat yourself because you deserve it! maybe only have a little bit on the weekend and little to none during the week. As long as you limit.
  • Limit soda and juice.
  • Try to cut out as much processed food as you can.
