Well, it probably means he abused his Second Amendment Rights. First, the police will read his rights to him when he is arrested. Secondly, if he is a felon, he has committed crimes. Those crimes will be dealt with in court. If the felon abused his Second Amendment Rights, then that is totally different from his other charges.
