First find the slope using y1-y2 over x2-x1 picking two points, the two I am using are (0,2) and (2,3). Once I use the formula, the slope is 1/2. The Y intercept (b) is where the line intersects it. (0,2) You know it is the y intercept because the x coordinate is 0. So the final equation would be y=(slope)x+ (y-int) so FINAL ANSWER: y=1/2x+2
