If both are complementary then their sum will be 90°

`\\ \sf\longmapsto 2x+x-10-2=90`

`\\ \sf\longmapsto 3x-12=90`

`\\ \sf\longmapsto 3x=90+12`

`\\ \sf\longmapsto 3x=102`

`\\ \sf\longmapsto x=(102)/(3)`

`\\ \sf\longmapsto x=34`

Now

`\\ \sf\longmapsto <A=2x-10=2(34)-10=68-10=58`
