Answer:

H:
x\leq -5

Explanation:

-4x+10\geq 5x+55\\-4x\geq 5x+45\\-9x\geq 45\\x\leq -5

Remember when dividing by a negative number across the inequality the direction of the inequality flips.

Answer: x<=-5

STEPS:
-4x+10>=5x+55
Subtract the ten from the right and and subtract it from the 55
-4x>=5x+45
Subtract the 5x from the left and subtract it from the -4x
-9x>=45
Divide both sides by -9
x>=-5
Flip sign since u divide by a negative number
x<=-5
