Answer:

x = 200

Explanation:

Plug in 15 as y into the equation and solve for x:

1/5x - 2/3y = 30

1/5x - 2/3(15) = 30

1/5x - 10 = 30

1/5x = 40

x = 200

So, when y = 15, x = 200
