Answer:

{(8, 1), (4, 1), (0, 1), (-15, 1)} is the function

Explanation:

A function cannot have the same numbers in the x column, (or the first column). They all have to be different numbers. But for the y column, (or the second column) it doesnt matter if the numbers are the same or not.
