y=-3x+7
Because
y=mx+b
m= slope (3/-1 which simplifies to -3)
x
b= y-intercept (y-intercept is where the line hits the y axis, which that line hits the line at the y intercept of 7
so when u put it into an equation, you have your answer of:
y=-3x+7
