I would say this has nothing to do with Stalin. This has to do with Clover. So you can ignore A and D. There may be symbolism in animal farm but right now that's not important.

What is important is Clover. She is tears nearly and yet she really can't articulate what's wrong. All she knows is that the strong are not protecting the weak and not everyone is contributing according to is ability. I don't think theirs either parody or ridicule here. There is heart break.
