Answer: B) 1/2

How to get that answer:

The larger triangle (preimage) has its vertical side of 6 units.

For the smaller triangle (image), the vertical side is 3 units.

The scale factor is image/preimage = 3/6 = 1/2

Meaning that the smaller triangle's side lengths are 1/2 of the larger triangle's side lengths.

You can use this trick to compare the horizontal sides as well.
