PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!! what is the factorization of the polynomial below -2x^3-2x^2+12x

Answer:

-2x (x + 3)(x - 2)

Explanation:

Take out the common factor which -2x in this case:

-2x (x² + x - 6)

Then factories the trinomial in the brackets. You look for two numbers, with the usage of trial and error, such that when you multiply them they give you your constant and when you add them they give you the coefficient of 'x' :

-2x (x + 3)(x - 2)
