Trail of Tears took place in the early 1830’s, it was the relocating of about 100,000 Native Americans in the Southern-eastern USA (Examples: Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Alabama) Federal gov. forced the natives to leave their land to go to a specifically designated spot called “Indian Territory” along the Mississippi River. It was considered a long and deadly journey.

Answer:

The Trail of Tears is basically a series of forced relocations of around 100,000 native americans on 1830-1850. It was horrible bc they were forced from their homes.

Hope this helped!!
