20/5 = 4, the slope is 4

Explanation:

I wouldn't use the dotted red line for rise/run since it does not cross at a whole number, I would use the origin (0,0), and (5,20) since those seem to cross perfectly on the lines, so the slope is rise/run = 20/5 or 4/1 or 4
