anything -17 or lower (not -16, read note as to why)

Explanation:

in this problem, it wants a value that is less then the set value of -5, all we have to do is start from -5 and go backwards 11, then we have room for 11 to be added to k

NOTE: beings that this is a less then (>) and not an less then or equal to (≥) we DO NOT include the number that would be equal to -5
