Answer is 10.5
1. 3 x 1.50 = 4.5
2. 3x2= 6
3. 4.5 +6=10.5

Answer: ($1.50 x 3) + (3 x $2)
When they say distributive property it means they want you to break up the problem in parts. Hope this helps :]
