Explanation:

In Section A-G there are A B C D E F G, which are 7 sections.

40 rows x 30 seats = 1200 seats (each section), and

1200 seats x 7 sections = 8400 seats (A-G), and

9625 seats (total) - 8400 seats (A-G) = 1225 seats (H), and

1225 seats (H) ÷ 35 seats in a row (H) = 35 rows (H)
