vertex: (0, 0)
focus: (-7, 0)
directrix: x=7
Explanation:
divide both sides by (-1/28) and you will get y^2=-28x
-28=-4p ----> p=7
focus=(-p, 0) ------> (-7, 0)
directrix=x=p ---------> x=7
