Explanation:

=12x+4y+−3x+2+−8y^2+9

Combine Like Terms:

=12x+4y+−3x+2+−8y^2+9

=(−8y^2)+(12x+−3x)+(4y)+(2+9)

=−8y^2+9x+4y+11
