I would describe professionalism as the balance between using your skills to achieve the desired outcomes in your job/company/career and learning to continue to develop further. Being professional to me is about being passionate about your role, it’s about showing a visible enthusiasm both in your desire to get the job done but also in the way you manifest yourself within a working environment.
