Answer: $2.62

Explanation:

  • Rate: 0.95 = 1 pound
  • The equation: ? = 2.75

1) First divide 2.75 and 1 to find the multiplicative so you can multiply this number to 0.95.

  • 2.75 ÷ 1 = 2.75

2) Multiply 2.75 by 0.95.

  • 2.75 x 0.95 = 2.6125

3) Round the number(?)

  • 2.6125 = 2.62
