Explanation:

first substitute 2 into 4, so its 2*4 = 8x


Second, substitute 2 into -3 so itś 2*-3= -6

So, so far we're at 8x-6-8+4+2x, we combine the integers (which is -6 & -8, and we get -14)

So far, we are now at 8x-14=4+2x.

Now we add 14, to cancel out -14.

Then, we add 14 to 4, making 18.

Then, we subtract -2 to cancel out 2x.

Then, we subtract 2x to 8x, Making 6x

Now, final step :)

We divide 6x=18

which is 18 divided by 6

which is 3 :)
