It's been a few years since I've had to solve one of these but here's what I remember:

USE THE GRAPH!!!!

-Use shading to find equation-


\leq shades under the line


\geq shades over the line

-Use lines to find numbers-

Y-Intercepts: where the line crosses the y-axis.

Slope: Rate in which the line inclines or declines.

***WARNING***

I very well could be incredibly WRONG, so be aware of that and check before taking someones word. However I hope this is right and it helps.
