the perimeter of a rectangular court is 224 feet. The length is 4 feet more than the width. Write and solve an equation to find the dimension of the court.​

Perimeter = 2l + 2w
L=4+x
W= x

224 = 2(4+x) + 2x
224 = 8+2x+2x
216 = 4x
54 = x

Plugging x = 54 into initial dimensions:
L = 54 + 4 = 58
W = 54
