But if the skilled manpower go to other countries then who will contribute to our country .not only skilled but unskilled and semi skilled are also moving outside for their benefit.In Nepal there are a lot of natural resources but there no enough resources to utilize it. this problem should be addressed in time otherwise our country will remain underdeveloped
