Answer:

(2x²y²z^4)³ = 2x^6 y^6 z^12

(x^-3 y^-2 z^4) = z^28/ x^21 y^14

Notes...

^= this is the raised to the power sign

FOR THE SECOND ONE THE ANSWER IS A FRACTION z^28 is in the numerator and x^21 y^14 is in the denominator.
