For sure the couple will be tempted. A boastful tongue is never rewarded in these stories, and Satan is clever enough that he can make evil happen out of nothing. So for certain, lots of land is not going to make those two happy. It will, in time, ruin their idyllic existence.

That is the major theme. Something will happen to make them greedy and want their old life back.

That is certainly the second theme which is a result of the first theme. Satan makes sure that we get what we ask for if he has a notion to give it to us. Ultimately it will lead to great unhappiness which has to be the second theme.

As a light comment, someone should shut the stove down. Satan will likely get cold and go away -- something to be desired. Just a joke.
